Using VNB’s Deposit Online to make deposits is a quick and simple process that benefits businesses of all sizes, regardless of deposit volume. Checks are scanned once to capture an image of the front and back and then imported directly into the imaging software. The software notifies you of any duplicate information to ensure checks are not processed multiple times.
Deposits made at one or multiple business locations are electronically delivered to VNB over a secure internet connection. Email deposit confirmations and user permissions provide you with added control.
Additional benefits of Deposit Online include the ability to export copies of the scanned checks, as well as the data needed to electronically post to your accounts receivable ledger. Authorized users in multiple locations can also view deposited check images and detail reports.
